* Communicates effectively with internet customers and service customers according to their preferred method of communication whether by phone, by email or in person* Initial response and ongoing follow-up with a high volume of incoming service customers* Scheduling appointments for a high-volume Service Department.
* Reach out to customers regarding vehicle recalls and appointment reminders * Satisfaction assurance calls to our current customers.
