The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated Health System divisions. The position serves as a consultant to management on HR-related issues. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and communicates those needs proactively with the HR department and Health System management. The HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions and forms partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience in a Human Resources department.
Experience with recruitment, employee relations, policy interpretation/development, performance management, compensation, benefits.
Knowledge of HRIS systems as well as federal and state employment laws.
Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate with staff and supervisors at all levels.
